Scaling A Business
Posted By Lukas Hernandez
As the job of the owner of I often think about how I am going to scale this business into its full potential. I have gone through many business books that offer different ideas when considering the most optimal way of scaling. To scale, we need to make sure that we are getting new clients that want to repeat business. One of the main things that I consider is the size of the business that we are looking to work with. It is always nice to say that I want us to land only the top dogs in business but in fact, I don’t believe that it is always the best way to scale.
Currently, I have been reaching out to small to medium size businesses that I know make between 1-2 million dollars in revenue a year. These businesses aren’t the top grossed clients that we have under contract but they still have a need to invest in digital marketing. On another note, the other day I was told the other day was that we need to grab everything we possibly can right now and then figure it out. At first, I agreed but then I started to think about quality.
The last thing that I want is for this business to scale too quickly that we can’t keep producing the quality that we currently are. Something that I know is important regarding scaling is that we get into multiple industries that way the business can be much more diverse and untouchable. 2020 has already started off strong, I look forward to seeing what else is in store.
